CoverQueue is self-serve: sign up, use it, and subscribe when you're ready, no sales call. Every org starts with the full experience on a trial, and even the free tier keeps your archive readable forever.
The 14-day trial
A new organization starts on a 14-day, full-featured trial: the complete Team experience, with no card required. A quiet banner shows the days remaining and links to the Plans screen. The trial is managed inside the app, not through a card, so nothing charges when it ends.

What happens after the trial
When the trial ends, pick a plan from Settings → Plans & Billing, or do nothing and drop to Free. Either way:
- Nothing is deleted. Your archive stays readable, searchable, and exportable regardless of tier.
- Over-limit creation is gated with an inline upgrade prompt naming the limit, never a dead-end error.
Manage everything (upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, cards, and invoices) through the Stripe customer portal, reachable from Plans & Billing. No card data touches CoverQueue.
If a payment fails, you get a 14-day grace period (with an in-app banner for the owner) before the org drops to Free behavior. Read access is preserved throughout.
Common questions
Do I lose data if I downgrade? No. Downgrading never ransoms your data; full export is on every tier. See Export everything.
Is there an annual discount? Yes. Annual billing is two months off.
Can I delete my org entirely? Yes, with a confirmation; deletion runs on a 30-day grace period before data is permanently removed.
